Together with the Austrian Development Bank (ÖEB), we calculate the yearly CO2emissions of business trips and offset them with the help of BOKU climate protection projects. In addition, the ÖEB is represented on our advisory board.
Since January 2016, Hofer was the first food retailer in Austria to go completely carbon2-neutral in its operations and to compensate for its CO2emissions through BOKU climate mitigation projects, amongst others.
